Frequently Asked Questions

There’s no limit to the number of tasks or revisions you can request.
How many tasks worked on at one time is determined by your selected plan and subject to our fair use policy.

An active task is a single request currently being completed that you submitted. For example, if you have the Starter plan, you can have one active task being implemented at a time. Once this task is complete, we’ll then begin work on the next task. For the Grow and Scale Plans you can have multiple tasks worked on simulataneously. 

A brand can be a brand you own if you have more than one business/brand or a client of yours. You can have as many as your plan covers.
